Pneumatic diaphragm valve is combined with diaphragm valve and pneumatic actuators. It compressed 
air-driven, realized the adjustment of process of fluid flow in pipe. Because of adopt corrosion resistant 
lining by the body and corrosion resistance of the diaphragm on the structure, no filler letter structure,
 throttling components as the resilient diaphragm, vale body smooth flow. The pneumatic film diaphragm
valve has small yin force, large flow without leakage and convenient and reliable advantages of fire and 
explosion protection. It widely used in industrial automation system of strong acid , strong alkali corrosion, 
high viscosity, containing grain and fiber, and toxic and not with however, give the pollution medium flow 
regulation.

Characteristics of pneumatic diaphragm valve:
*The biggest difference between the diaphragm and other valves is :adopt the no filler letter structure, 
rubber diaphragm can make the flow of corrosive medium and all drive parts n the fully isolated state,
 thus eliminating valve such shortcomings as run, leakage, drops, etc.
*Because of the diaphragm valve smooth flow, flow resistance small, so can acquire larger flow.
*Rubber lined diaphragm valve of the body cavity surface have PTFE and other materials to choose from 
a variety of rubber so has excellent corrosion resistance characteristic.
*This valve is combined with body, bonnet, disc, stem, the diaphragm and other valve parts.
*The opening and closing which achieved by rotating the hand wheel and in the top cover marked can see
 the valve in the closed or opened position with display color which indicating valve opening and closing. 
When you placed the hand wheel clockwise, the hand wheel is slow down, the disc drive with the decline 
of the diaphragm which making pathways truncation. Otherwise, the valve is open , the color then revealed.
